Each Delegate shall be liable for the visa applications, however, if you require a letter of invitation or any assistance, please contact the committee. You will need to submit your nationality, job title, organization, gender, date of birth, passport number, arriving/departure dates and contact details and take the letter of invitation to your nearest Chinese Embassy/Consulate for your visa to be issued.
